tried making ice cream cake and i guess it was half successful? i really have no idea why the ice cream melted like nobody's business. oh and my chocolate layer should be thicker :( shall try again next time!

did baked potatoes a few days ago...it was good!

gonna whip up dinner for my brothers tomorrow since my parents are going for some concert, shall try aglio olio or macaroni!
